Richard Manley

Associate Attorney

A dedicated attorney and passionate advocate, Richard Manley began his legal career in criminal defense, representing clients in high-stakes situations. Through daily courtroom appearances, negotiating directly with prosecutors, and taking cases to trial, he honed his advocacy skills and helped clients navigate complex, stressful circumstances. Today, he puts those skills to work for injured individuals, standing beside them throughout their case and advocating for the compensation they deserve.

Richard graduated from Ferrum College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. He went on to earn his law degree from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, where he served as an editor of the Civil Rights Law Journal. While in law school, he interned at a personal injury firm, where he was drawn to the complexity of the cases and the opportunity to support injured clients as they sought to move forward. He was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2024.

Richard is also actively engaged in his community. Outside the office, he enjoys volunteering, watching sports, catching a movie, and spending time with his family.
