Clifton, VA (August 16, 2023) – Emergency officials across Fairfax County responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that took place in the Clifton area and ended with injuries.
Just before 3:00 p.m. on August 15, the Fairfax County Police and Fairfax County Fire-EMS responded to the scene of an automobile accident on Clifton Road.
News reports show that a collision took place on the roadway at the intersection of Newman Road during the afternoon hours.
At least one person was trapped inside their vehicle. Fairfax County firefighters were requested to extricate the trapped victims.
One EMS unit responded to the scene to care for injured parties and transport them to local hospitals.
