Suffolk, VA – One Killed, Two Hurt in Portsmouth Blvd Crash at C St
Suffolk, VA (March 6, 2024) – A major vehicle collision reported on Monday morning in Suffolk claimed one person’s life while leaving multiple other victims injured. The accident prompted the response of the Suffolk Department of Fire & Rescue, police, and emergency medical services.
At approximately 7:00 a.m. on March 4, 52-year-old Ray Fulayter was driving west on Portsmouth Boulevard when his vehicle collided with a second vehicle in the area near C Street. The incident prompted the closure of the roadway. Two people were injured in the crash and transported to an area hospital by ambulance for medical care. Fulayter was severely hurt in the accident.
