Mantua, VA – Crash with Entrapment Reported on Arlington Blvd near Stonehurst Dr
Mantua, VA (April 26, 2023) – At least one person was transported to an area hospital following a crash that took place in Fairfax County on Tuesday morning, April 25.
Just after 8:00 a.m., the Fairfax County police and firefighters responded to the site of a car crash that took place on Arlington Boulevard.
Reports show that a collision took place on the roadway near the intersection of Stonehurst Drive. The impact of the crash caused significant damage to at least one of the involved vehicles. One person became trapped inside their vehicle and had to be extricated by the Fairfax County Fire Department.
Medics were called to care for the victims who suffered injuries. The injured parties were then transported to local hospitals, where they underwent further care.
The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently being investigated.
