Simon Brooke

A dedicated attorney from Arlington, Virginia, Simon Brooke graduated from Emory University’s College of Arts and Sciences in 2019, where he earned his Bachelor’s of Arts degree with a major in Political Science concentrating in international relations.

During law school, Simon worked for a major defense firm in Chicago from 2021-2022, where he worked with attorneys on cases involving the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act as extended by the Defense Base Act.  After graduating the University of Miami law school in 2023, Simon returned to the D.C. area, where he eventually worked for the a local law firm in McLean, Virginia, where he continued to work under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act.  With this exposure in personal-injury related cases under his belt, he decided that he wanted to fight more aggressively for injured people, and joined Blaszkow Legal PLLC in December, 2025.

Simon has been a Member of the DC Bar since 2024, and the Virginia Bar since 2025.

Outside of the office, Simon enjoys reading, playing board games, following international politics, and seeing family in the Greater D.C. area.
