Justin Weiss

4Justin Weiss is a rising star in the world of car accident and personal injury litigation in the DC Metro area.  He was born and raised near Cleveland, Ohio, and then went to Boston College where he graduated in 2006.  After this, he moved to Washington, DC where he worked on Capitol Hill as a staff assistant.  He then moved to Virginia, and made law his passion and career.

Justin graduated from George Mason University School of Law in 2012, and devoted himself to helping people to solve the wide array of problems created by motor vehicle collisions, from car accidents to bicycle crashes to horrific pedestrian cases.  He is devoted to helping people who did nothing wrong, and suddenly find their worlds flipped upside down by the negligence of another.

In addition to making a name for himself in personal injury practice, Justin also represents a variety of clients in traffic and criminal matters.  He is now admitted to the Bar in all three jurisdictions: Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.
