Attorney Joseph A. Blaszkow is a dedicated professional in the field of personal injury and civil litigation, and has been winning cases for his clients since 1981.

Kevin is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law. During his studies, he worked for the in-house counsel of a Manhattan commercial automobile insurer.

A passionate problem solver, and diligent attorney, Garner Nottingham graduated from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School in May of 2024.

Simon Brooke is a dedicated attorney who joined Blaszkow Legal PLLC in December, 2025.

Matt has served the firm since late 2014. As the firm's Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day running of the office, which includes oversight of the accounting, marketing, and personnel departments.

Luis currently serves as chief paralegal at the firm, where he assists attorneys with personal injury pre-litigation and litigation matters.

Luis Alarcon-Gambini is a bilingual legal professional with a strong foundation in immigration law and a growing passion for personal injury law.

Barbara is often the first member of the team that new clients meet at our reception desk. She also assists in scheduling, filing, and other administrative work.
