Virginia Beach, VA (February 28, 2024) – A bicyclist lost his life as a result of a fatal collision that occurred on Monday evening in Virginia Beach. Authorities were notified of the accident on February 26.
According to reports provided by the Virginia Beach Police Department, 26-year-old James Beckles IV was riding a bicycle in the area of Princess Anne Road and Lynnhaven Parkway during the evening hours.
