ALIVE! 2019 Walkathon - Join Us for A Good Cause!
The Alexandria Injury Attorney is excited to announce that our office (including our family members!) will be participating in the 38th Annual ALIVE Walkathon, on Sunday May 5, 2019, from 2pm to 5pm. This is a wonderful cause designed to help ALIVE raise money for educational programs for those local residents and families that cannot otherwise afford it. ALIVE (which stands for ALexandrians InVolved Ecumenically) is a non-profit organization that provides food, housing assistance, day care, educational programs, and other help to struggling families throughout the area. ALIVE does not preach or support a specific faith, and welcomes and helps all Alexandrians, regardless of belief. Our office had an excellent response in helping to raise money for ALIVE’s food bank during our 2018 Great Thanksgiving Turkey Hunt, and are looking forward to partnering with them again to help them in achieving their noble goals. The 2019 Walk is a 5K or 5-mile Walk, mainly through historic and scenic Old Town Alexandria. Afterwards, ALIVE will put on a picnic replete with music and a raffle event! The Walk will start and end at First Christian Church, located at 2723 King Street, Alexandria, Va. 22302. The Alexandria Injury Attorney, Joseph Blaszkow, is very pleased to participate in the event, along with the firm’s associates and other staff members. It is a good cause, and will provide a day that will be both healthy and fun. We have been part of the Alexandria community for a long time, and are looking forward to giving something back. Mr Blaszkow and his staff would like to invite you to join us in supporting ALIVE’s 2019 StepALIVE Walkathon. If you cannot participate, but still want to support the wonderful mission of ALIVE, then please head to their website and donate whatever you can: donate. We look forward to seeing you there!
